DIRECTIVES :
Have hamachaya hinata closer to Mutsumi, it's where she's sitting. It's also raised from the beach, the table and cafe aren't on sand, but wood or pavement.
I hadn't thought of a handkerchief, that's a good idea. Instead, have her right hand lightly dabbing her mouth with the handkerchief, her eyes are open. The handkerchief is white, on a corner it shows that doll she has(or the one that Narusegawa has). I'm not sure about her left hand, maybe she's using the handkerchief with both hands, or it could be on her right arm, or on the table, or holding the fork on the table...
Along with the dining knife on the table, there is a larger sharp knife. If you are going to include tama, have him hidden somewhere(he could be the design of a towel on the beach). With the sun you drew, the umbrella needs to be facing it to keep her in the shade or else she might faint.

EDIT : I added the doll on the handkerchief, I forgot it the first time ^_^"...
